Act Now: Help Protect Unborn Life from Activist Court
Today, Pennsylvania faces the biggest threat to unborn children and their mothers since the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision imposed abortion on demand on our state and the nation.
A lawsuit filed by Planned Parenthood and the Pennsylvania abortion industry is now before the PA Supreme Court and it seeks to not only force Pennsylvania taxpayers to pay for elective abortions, but also asks the Court to invent a “right to abortion” in Pennsylvania’s Constitution.
A ruling is expected early next year, and if the court sides with the abortion industry (as most expect it will), it will lead to the striking down of our existing pro-life laws, and prevent any future pro-life laws. And it will mandate that we, the taxpayers, pay for those abortions through Medicaid. To put it bluntly, such a ruling will put Pennsylvania in league with states like New York and Virginia – with taxpayer-funded abortions right up until the moment of birth.
We need you to take action in anticipation of this expected anti-life court ruling. The remedy: an amendment to the Pennsylvania Constitution to preserve and protect life. Work towards that end is now underway, and there is no time to lose.
